C. Scott Gray, founder of Spiral Funds, has a long history of contributing his time, talent and resources to his local community and the greater community of those who serve in the United States military forces. In creating Spiral Funds he has taken this commitment to philanthropy and created a method for others to also support the causes they believe in on a daily basis through the simple act of shopping online.
In 2007, Gray a successful Colorado Springs Real Estate entrepreneur, leveraged his contacts throughout the community to launch the Thanks Troops Foundation, a 501(c)3 with a mission of providing recreational activities and equipment for wounded warriors. The organization has generated more than $100,000 for our soldiers in its first 3 years, much raised through a popular annual golf tournament.
In his commercial Real Estate ventures, for the past decade Gray has been the exclusive Southern Colorado Real Estate Representative for: McDonald’s, Chipotle, Home Depot Disposition, Bonefish Grill, Costco consultant, Diamond Shamrock and other high profile retail businesses along the Front Range.
During this time he also founded Zoomienet.com, an online food delivery business at USAFA.
He received his Bachelor Degree from the University of Wyoming in 1993.
A sports standout, Gray was a member of 1989 #1 ranked University Arizona baseball team, a member of the 1996 and 1997 Military Championship Rugby Ream and a Rugby coach for the US Air Force Academy from 2003 to 2006.
The father of four children ranging in age from 4 months to 24 years, Gray currently resides in his original home town of Fountain, CO with his wife, Jennifer and three youngest children.
